Please be kind and courteous.Under no circumstances is smoking allowed at your booths. For inside markets you will need to go behind the building. For outdoor markets you will need to stand behind the yellow house. Please do not smoke at your booth space. Vendors are liable for the delivery, handling, erection and removal of their displays and items for sale. You may ask for help in advance from our porters who work on and appreciate tips. If you have additional help coming, names and the make and model of the vehicle are required in advance. Please understand that the amount of helpers requested should coordinate with the booth. If you have not provided this information and received approval, please know that those individuals will be charged an entry fee. No refund will be provided. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Vintage or Cassie Van Tassel be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. The undersigned and all helpers for vendors and booth space, agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Vintage and Cassie Van Tassel and any authorized agents thereof from and against any and all claims, loss, damage to any property, loss or theft of any item on or at the location of the Vintage Faire. Vendor agrees to use due and reasonable care to keep their area neat and orderly and fee from foreseeable hazards to person or property. Vendor agrees to abide by and follow all rules and regulations of the Vintage Faire. Signature below or attendance as a Vendor is deemed to be in acceptance of these conditions. This agreement shall be deemed to have been made in the State of Illinois and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of such state. In the event that legal action is required to enforce any terms of this agreement, such action shall be brought in the courts of Will County. The parties agree to accept service of process in such action by ordinary mail sent to their business address.
